I bought this stool for my dog to help him get into my JEEP. I have not used it yet but it will serve its purpose for other things.

I have two major complaints about this step stool. First is that it is actually very difficult to close. The second is that once you do manage to close the stool, it usually pinches your fingers. The second part is probably a result of how difficult it is to close, so you end up pushing and pulling. And of course when your hands are in the worst possible position, that is when it decides it is going to close. I recommend looking for a better designed step stool.

My parents bought me this step stool 8-10 years ago. I love it! Most people get frustrated with trying to close it and then I just show them it's so easy. Just hold the handle push the red button (until it clicks with one finger) pick up the stool and it closes! Slim design makes it easy to store beside the refrigerator.

I bought this ladder as a gift so I don't really know what the recipient thinks about it, but I noticed it was wider than as advertised. It said it was 1" wide, but it was really slightly more.

Light weight and folds up easily. Just right for reaching those high shelves in my closet.
